As a fashion model represented by agencies in seven countries, her diverse body of work spans across campaigns, runway shows, and commercials worldwide, including publications such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Maxim, GQ, Self, Shape, Women's Health, Fitness, and more. She moved on to host segments for MTV IGGY, NYCTV, and PBS All Arts. In the summer of 2009, Angel placed in the top four of the Miss Asia pageant and earned the Miss Fitness crown as well as a top-five title in the talent portion for her dance performance. She realized the immense power of media with its worldwide reach and dedicated herself to using the platform as a tool of inspiration and empowerment.
